Project
The goal of the project work you will undertake in this class is to simulate a robot completing a motion control task. You are free to choose the robot task you wish to demonstrate, as long as it does not amount to re-running existing code. Your project work must aim to do something new, relative to what's been tried in robotics.
Project groups are allowed.
Due Dates:

| Abstract (pdf, Canvas) | A paragraph (~200 words) on what robot motion you will simulate, what simulation environment you will use and why, and why this robot motion simulation is new. | |
| Mid-term paper (pdf, Canvas) | A draft paper that describes the motion you simulate, why it is challenging, what methods you will use, and the new component in your simulation. | |
| Final Project Paper (pdf, Canvas) | Describe the simulation you obtained, and discuss limitations (cases where it will fail, computational considerations, etc) and possible extensions. | |
| Project Presentation (presentation, class) | Show-off your simulation to the class, preferably live! |
